Let's Shout Out Our Tuesday Exercise!!!
Today I've only done 2 miles of the 3 mile *Walk Away the Pounds* DVD. After my BIG day of exercise yesterday, my backside and thighs are so sore I can barely stand to sit down! : 0
Hubby and I are going to do some gentle strength training in just a bit with light weights ... along with the *Keeping Fit In Your 50's - Strenght* DVD.
No biking tonight ... backside needs to recover!
Weight lost since surgery: 40 pounds
Total lost pre and post op: 68 pounds
Weight lost from my highest: 82 pounds
Wynotha, I will definitely keep you in my prayers for your efforts. I truly understand how hard it is to get into the habit of daily exercise and food journaling. I've almost gone the other extreme and I'm afraid to basically take a day off.
I'll be praying for both of us to have a healthy perspective and strong commitment to our new lifestyle and getting healthier and staying balanced in the process.
And, it's super that you're getting all organized. That's a big and important step!
