there is CHOCOLATE FROSTING in my house!  HELP!!  Someone call the RESCUE SQUAD!  I don't know if I can sleep in a house that has CHOCOLATE FROSTING in it!  I am going to be dreaming of licking that frosting off that cake!!!  Panic!  Panic!  Does someone have a Xanax or maybe a lockbox to keep me away from that heavenly chocolate swirl drizzled all over her cake.  Oh and don't EVEN get me started on the Cherry Garcia ice cream in the freezer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  BIRTHDAYS SHOULD BE BANNED!  Especially ones that make me feel so dang old!  I can't believe my precious girls are 15 and 17.  Okay......I'm better now...my daughter just peeled me off the ceiling.  Off to bed now where I will dream of floating in a Cherry Garcia river topped with chocolate drizzle........................ zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....hmmmmmmmmmm...yummmmmmmm

I had a VERY small sliver of cake at a birthday party last week and I was so scared I was going to throw it up.  It even tasted way too sweet for me too but I forced it down cause I didnt want to make a scene.  A freind of mine made me a Splenda cake with low fat frosting about a month ago or so and i ate 2 slices of it (at two separate times).  The first time made me sick the second time I got about half of it in okay.  Best of luck to you on not touching that stuff.

I have made it through 2 birthdays and a wedding without wanting the cake, but your description made me want to come running over! LOL

Yes, I agree... Birthdays should be banned.  And so should ICE CREAM... Darn lactose intolerance... grrrrr lol.  And I have a lot of birthdays and a really skinny husband who likes sweets yet to go....

Do you think you could try just a tiny bite or two and then stop?  Usually, thats what I'm able to do and most of the time when it tastes so sweet that stopping isn't even that hard. Don't forget to let us know what hair style you go with and maybe post a pic or two.  I love stuff like that!  Huggs, Pam

If it were me, I'd eat a small bite of frosting and ice cream (can't do the cake).  Usually that is enough to twist my stomach and I realize I don't want it at all.

The whole liquid phase kind of took the wonder of chocolate away for me....*sigh*
