Silly me did not notice when I bought some Biotin today that I bought capules. So my question is at 4 months out should I be able to swallow a water soluble capsule? It is a regular size capsule I would say about the same size as a tylenol caplet.

Um, I've been swallowing Biotin capsules for a couple of weeks and I'm only 4-1/2 weeks out. Lawbreaker? Maybe but it works! (had VSG)

Thanks! I have not had to really take anything since I had surgery so, I really wasn't to sure about capsules.

AWESOME! I used a different gel on my hair today and it looks so much better. I may not have to cut it all off after all. I'm going to take those capsules....they have tons more Biotin in them! My hair needs it!!! lol

I just started losing hair about 2 weeks ago. Im lucky my hair is pretty thick but I have noticed more and more is coming out so I better do something to help slow down the process.
