Hit the big 5-0 today! (not years

I hit the big 50 pound mark this morning! (actually .25 pounds under but who's counting? I am, that's who!!!!) Now this includes the 34 pounds I lost before surgery but who cares? It's still 50 pounds of lard gone from my body! Now we go in to Never-Never-Land, hopefully. I've been able to lose 50 before but always failed after that. Something about that number made me just hit a mental block and quit, I guess. Seems like I could never get my mind in the right place after that. I pray that this time is different. I want it to be different so I guess it's up to me and that magic that is in Dr. Walton's hands! I know I have to get my exercise butt in gear. There has been so much going on lately that I am pressed for time. At least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! On a very happy note, I spend 5 days in New Mexico and didn't break a sweat one time. (see excercise note!) But this is a very good thing. I think that alone may be worth 10K!! Glad to be back and I'll be reading all your old posts. You better have been nice about me! Ha!
