The Easiest Way to Update Your Ticker

If you already have a ticker up from TickerFactory, simply click on your own ticker in any of your posts! That will take you to your update page ... Click on Edit/Update Weight Data. On the next screen, simply change the date and your weight and click next ... and you're done! It will automatically display on your ticker at OH. : )
