WW recommended Tylenol Go tabs for headaches and what not.  I CAN'T find them ANYWHERE!!!  Come to find out they have been discontinued.  I can buy them on ebay but I don't really trust the quality of that stuff.  Does anybody have a more extensive list of medications to take after gastric bypass?  I have taken the liquid tylenol and it made me really nauseated.  I also get the leg cramps....commonly called "growing pains"  from not having enough potassium.  I used to take ibuprophen for that but I know I can't have that anymore which really stinks.  Some suggestions that are dr approved would be great.  I plan on calling ww tomorrow but wanted to see what ya'll do. THANKS

If you can swallow pills, just take Tylenol pills.  I usually try to eat a little something first and then take them.  That way they will start to dissolve before they leave my stomach.

Get the liquid Tylenol since you're so early out from surgery. If not, get some children's chewables and use those.

Have you tried crushing regular Tylenol tablets and taking it in some applesauce, or mixed in a spoonful of Crystal Lite?

If it's a sinus headache, take some Zyrtec or an antihistamine....or sudafed if your blood pressure can handle it. Also, I always put a heat pack behind my neck and an ice pack on my forehead. This week has been a bad sinus headache week for me since the grass pollen has been high.

Call your surgeon or PCP on Monday if you are still having difficulty.

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly
