I have been working out in the pool and its getting a little boring. Then last night I was reading the latest issue of All You and it shows some water arobics that I am going to try. I would like to have someone come workout with me. one to get me motivated and two to keep me from becoming to bored with it and giving up. I know its hard to pin point a day and time to do it every week because of busy lives we all live so here is my suggestion.. We have a great pool and gym here at our apt comples and I can have guests workout or swim with me. If anyone is interested in coming to workout with me either pool or gym PM me with when your available to come and I will let you know if I am able to do it that day. I am pretty much available any week day after 9 am. and occationally on the weekends.  if you want to come just one time, once in awhile, once a week or a few times a week we can work it out.  OH and I have a 15 yr old son that can help keep an eye on your kids if you need to bring them.

I love H2O aerobics. You can move gracefully in the water and its cool and refreshing. I don't know how deep your pool is but you can do almost anything in the water that you do on land. We do jumping jacks, kick butts, curls, etc. I don't live close by but try it - it's fun. donna

If you get one of those noodles you can have a blast! I sit in the middle and hang on to the tops and ride it like a bicycle! You can go forward and then bicycle backwards. You can also put  it across your chest and under your arms and do a frog swim or a scissor kick all over the pool. I have the best time with that thing!! There are weights that you can push down then back up to work on arms too. If nothing else you could cut a noodle to a 10 in or so piece and use that to push down and pull up. Anything that offers resistance is the key. Even just your arms will work. I love the pool! Have fun!

When I need mindless, don't think about it aerobics, I just go in over my head and tread water.  A variation is to tread water with a small child standing on your shoulders if there are any small children handy they are usually happy to oblige.

Oh, I'm a floater too, trust me.  I can just arch my back and stay afloat-I am a bouyant kind of gal.
