Debbie - CONGRATULATIONS!!! It is amazing to reach that milestone, isn't!!. I started at a very high weight as well, and when I got into the 200s it felt awesome, I had not seen that number in 7 years, and I also felt that I still had (and have) a long way to go. I know we will make it! - I decided to set small goals for myself, rather than look at the big picture. My goals are 25 lb. increments - I just made my next 25, which was 275, not I look forward to the next one of 250. It has always done me in when I look at the whole amount of weight I need to lose and thinking that in no way I can get to goal. This time it's for life!! WAY TO GO!!! - Anna

Thank you Anna!  We do have a LOT in common.  We will get there.  I would love to have 50 more gone by Christmas.  That's 6 months away and I think is more than realistic.  I would have never thought I would have been here by now either.  I really look at mine 10 pounds at a time.  It's amazing that I can get rid of my big clothes and not worry about "maybe I'll need them again".  NOT ME...  Have a wonderful weekend.  Debbie

WOW !!!  YEAH, Debbie.. That is a wow moment.  I had a friend come talk to me today at work who is having major problems with her diabetes.  I wish I could send your note to her, but I don't know her email.  I can't wait to tell her what you said.  I think she's coming to the July 3rd meeting with me.  Will you be there?
