Well I made it all the way around the block tonight.  I felt really bad today.  I had alot of nausea and alot of back pain for some reason.  I did not take my pain medicine at all till tonight.  Also alot of head hunger going on and it is killing me.  Hope tomorrow is better.  Thanks for listening.

That's great that you walked that far!

I'm so sorry you're having head hunger. I had it too during the liquid phase! It will be so much better when you get to pureed/mushy foods. I'm keeping you in my prayers! Hang in there...

I want to shout out my activity for today.. i swam for hours! more like playing around in the water.. i went to the pool about 11:30 and came home around 5.. dang i am wore out! and RED
