Oh my, I've finally hit ONEDERLAND!!! : )

I probably got some some good, aerobic step exercise stepping on and off the scale so many times this morning, but IT'S HERE!!!

Evidently my body and metabolism took a hint and figured out I wasn't giving up! It likes when I feed it enough to think it's surviving ... but it's not easy. It evidently also likes biking and exercise!!! : )

I'm walking a little lighter today and looking forward to tonight's bike ride!!! : )
