Here's a little tutorial about how to add pictures to your posts.

1. Put the picture that you want in your post on your desktop, or some place easy for you to find it on your computer.

2. Register for a free Flickr account. This is a picture hosting service that will make it super easy to link your pictures to show up in your posts. (Click on blue word *Flickr* above to go to the site.)

3. At Flickr, click on *Create Your Account*. If you already have a Yahoo account, this process goes quickly.

4. When you've created you account, click on *Upload Your First Photo*.

5. Click on *Choose Photos and Videos*.

6. Clicking on the above will open a small window that shows your desktop and access to your computer. Click on the photo you want to upload to Flickr. Then click *Open*.

7. This will get your picture selected to upload to Flickr. If you want to add more pictures, click *Add More* at the bottom of the picture list and choose ur desktop aure from the box that opens showing your desktop and click *OPEN* again. Keep repeating until yourhave all the pictures you want listed to upload to Flickr.

8. Choose if you want your pictures to be private or public.

9. Click on the pink tab to Upload Photos and Videos.

10. Click on *Add a Description*. This will take you to your uploaded photo(s). Add a description(s) in the box if you want, but it's not necessary.

11. Then click *Save This Batch*.

12. Click on your uploaded picture (choose one at a time if you've uploaded several).

13. Click on *All Sizes* on the little list of options above your picture. This will show a large size of your picture.

14. Click on *MEDIUM* on the available sizes choices listed on top of your picture.

15. Open a separate window and begin your OH post.

16. *Copy the top HTML box under your photo* and *Paste* this information into your OH post where you want your picture.

17.Click *submit* on your OH post and your picture should show up!

18. If you want to add more than one picture to your post, repeat steps #12 -15 to get them all added to your post before clicking *submit* on your Obesity Help post.

Ask questions if you need any help! I'll be glad to help out! This does get really easy when you've done it a few times. ; )

I'm glad to help out. Our son has his own computer business plus he's a Network Administrator for a large company. It was a challenge on my own part to figure things out without having to ask him questions. ; ) I didn't want him to think I couldn't keep up ... at least a little bit.

Hi!

Here's how to change your ticker:

1. Go back to the page where you created your ticker at TickerFactory, or wherever you created your ticker. (If you can't find it, you may need to create a new ticker like the first time and do the whole copy and past thing again under OH *User Settings*. If you have to re do your ticker, be sure to Bookmark the page that gives you your ticker for next time!)

2.  Sign in with your password at Tickerfactory and click *update, enter or next*

3.  Update your current weight with the date and click *next*

4. Your ticker will automatically update! You don't need to copy and paste anything to OH and bookmark this Tickerfactory page so you can find it to update your ticker next time! : )

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly
