I seem to have everything you have listed...Maybe even a couple others. I am working on getting the sleeve. MY very first thought is have you been to a Seminar? If not, Please go to one. Weight Wise has a very informative one with plenty of time to ask questions. You also hear the pro's and con's of 3 different procedures. When I heard about one of them....I knew that was the one for me!  I also am a self pay, which is tough. Especially with all my personal issues here. It can be used for tax purposes at the end of the year though so that is a good thing.... I gave it much thought and decided that living was far more important than money. So I will figure out a way to do this....Some how I am going to live and without this surgery I won't.  That is my own personal situation. Please attend a seminar and take everything from that point to ponder. Good luck! This board is full of information from people who have had different types of the procedures or are getting ready to go through them. They can offer great encouragement!!   Sherry

The seminars sound good Sherry. How do I find out when and where they are held? Actually, I have already decided on which one I want, but with the VA I may not have much of a choice. In my situation I'll be happy to have whatever I can get.
