Scale Bounce
If yelling at the fat on my body would have helped, I'd weigh 99 pounds!! lol You cracked me up! I know, this is serious and here I am making jokes. The girls have given you tons of great advice. On the morning of weigh in I didn't let one ounce of anything enter my body...lol!!!! I had an 8 or 9 am appt though so it was do-able...10:30....not so much. Don't drink a lot the night before weigh in and don't vigorously/excessively exercise the evening before weigh in. I am one of those people who has been known to do nothing physically for 6 months and then decide to walk for an hour on the treadmill at the highest speed I could tolerate. Once when I did this I noticed my legs swelled the next morning to the point I almost had no ankles!! I spent the morning on my back with my feet up and I spent the afternoon and evening running to the bathroom. I don't know medically what happened but my layman's theory is that my excessive exercise caused the fluid to spill over and it took a long time for my body to then get it out! It sounds crazy but it really happened. My hubby and I joked that we should have went to the initial consultation with rocks in our pockets!!!!! Why didn't we think of that sooner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know you'll make it!!!
ONEDERLAND!!!! FINALLY!!!! WHOOOO HOOOOO!
Rocks in your pockets!!! That is a fantastic idea!!!! We also joked that I should have water logged like they did on biggest loser, you know drank a few lbs worth of water and weighed. Of course I would have been squirming through the whole consultation trying to hold it. The rock idea, that has merit!!
