Ordinary? NOT

One of my favorite things to do is contemplate an ordinary object and admire the qualities that makes it perfect for what it does/is.

Today I turned my inner eye on myself and these are 5 qualities I have that will make me successful at weight loss and health.

1. Tenacity  (sometimes to a fault)

2.  Innovative  (I can change to suit cir****tances, I like to keep current on new ideas)

3.  Good memory (I KNOW what to eat, don't always do it, but it's not cause I don't know)

4.  Desire to change for the better (I have a lot of want to)

5.  Willing to work and learn-I don't expect that the surgery is going to solve the problem, it's going to help me solve the problem.

What are your top five qualities that will make you a success? (You don't have to pick new ones just cause I put something down that applies to you as well-this is YOUR list, about YOU).

My five things:

1) Ability to research for better info. to help along this journey and then apply what I find. If it doesn't work, I go searching again!

2) A true understanding of commitment and all that entails ... even when it's really difficult.

3) The desire to make necessary changes and the will to be sure I make those changes.

4) Motivation to get this weight off ... even if the process is as slow as molasses.

5) Not being afraid to try something new and do my best to give up the old stuff that *didn't work and got me into this situation in the first place*!

And 6) The true desire to change things permanently! I may have setbacks, but I'm going to get my hiney back on track when that happens. ; )

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly
