Yikes! Sinus Infection go away!!

How's the cough/cold?  I completely forgot to mention my other standby-herbal tea with lemon....I just make something that tastes good because for me it's the heat and the steam.  Some folks swear by echinnaccea.

Mornin y'all!  I feel better!!  I am not stopped up anymore.  I think it has moved to my chest now.  I was scared to do the nettie pot thing...don't know why but it seems freaky.  I did do some breathing in of some heat and steam and took a bunch of antihistimine.   I will call Dr. Bs office tomorrow and ask if there is something I can take.
