P.S. And, a little behavior modification (in a good way) never hurt any of us either. ; ) And I had to come home and take a nap to get over it too!! Sheez! I think I am having trouble with the heat is all - since I mowed the lawn a couple days ago it just hasn't been right! I have been doing better since I took the nap thank goodness!
Anyone go to the Edmond group? I missed them this morning, but enjoyed walking with HappyCat & Wendy.......

Hey guys- Since I had my surgery, I've taken it kind of easy. I get a little sore if I walk really far, so I've been just walking around the block each evening with my lil guy. Today, I decided we could walk to my mom's and hang out and walk back. That was about 5 hours ago and we haven't walked home yet! :) lol It is only about 3 1/2 blocks, but my back has been really sore for a few days, so I think I did a lil too much. I crashed for a few hours and I'm feeling much better now. Still a bit sore, but I'm rested now. When your back hurts, you don't realize you use your abdominal muscles to take off some of the pressure. SO...my tummy muscles are a bit sore too. When I breathe in, my muscles all around hurt!!! Not trying to complain...I'm just a lil sore!!! I'm really hoping a few days of really taking it easy will help. I can already tell a bit of a difference.
