I was starting to think I had done something wrong the scale hasnt budged in 2 weeks. Now dont get me wrong I am super happy with the 72 pound weight loss but I wasnt happy to see the scale stand still for so long.  I have worked my hinney off making sure i am eatting right and getting my protein and well the scale moved... now it only moved 1 pound but moving in the right direction is moving right? I am guessing that this last 70 pounds wont come off near as fast as the first so its time to kick it up into over drive.  I started physical therapy a few weeks ago and have since quit.  Let me explain why before i get in trouble... I am paying for this, and when you pay i think i should be getting my moneys worth. i show up he shows me one exercise walks off to come back 15 minutes later to me sitting there having finished that exercise to give me another and walk off again.  Look, I have severe back issues buddy and I am paying you to help stenghten my back the least you could do is stick around to make sure i am even doing the damn exercises right!!!!!!   I see Dr Han again July 3rd and I will let him know how I feel about it.  I am seriouly thinking I might just go ahead and get the surgery over with.  then get in a better physical therapy program.  Anyways. its waying on my mind alot.... Well I guess I have rambled long enough just wanted to say STALL NO MORE!!!! love all of ya

I still for a month at a time. This last one felt like forever because I couldn't wait until I hit onederland. However, even at stalls, the body still shifts its inches around. Go figure!

yeah, for the weight loss! Yes, you need a new physical therapist!  I have been doing physical therapy since October (long ungly story) and there is no way anyone at my physical therapist's offie would treat me or anyone that way.  Go someplace else!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Congratulations on getting through your stall! Stalls are definitely infuriating. ; ) Please ask to speak with your PT's supervisor and let them know what is (or isn't) happening, or contact your physician and ask to be referred to a different PT or PT provider for help.
Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly
