So far today, I've done the Leslie Sansone *Walk Away the Pounds* 1 mile workout. The *You On A Diet Workout* DVD Beginner Level is next. Hopefully we'll get to ride bikes again tonight, too.

I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Oh, i didn't do it all.  I just did part and saved the rest for tomorrow.  I am sorting through clothes right now.  I am finding it surprisingly hard to part with some of them even though they are too big.  I thought I was ready to get rid of anything that didn't fit or work for me.   I hit a much higher number of calories and carbs today.  I will be at about 1050 cals and 66 carbs after I eat dinner.  I feel like I ate all day long.  I am only fixing dinner because my son is coming over.  Otherwise I would skip the whole thing.  I plan on doing this higher cal and carb plan until Monday- unless my tummy blows!   It is certainly shocked to be getting food so often.  Hopefully this will convince my body I am not going to starve it to death. I was so glad to see this post cause I wanted to boast about my exercise today. I went to the pool today and swam for an hour and half, not laps but more like walking around, stretching, and a few water arobic moves. I started out being able to walk across the pool a few times and I would be short of breath and would have to stop. Now after inching my way up I can walk back and forth 45 or 50 times and not be out of breath, this is at a moderate to slow pace. major wow for me.. then today after all the swimming and walking in the pool I decided to try to walk back to the apt. I DID IT!! with only 2 stops, one about 1/3 the way here and the other at the bottom of my stairs. Its about a block! last time I tried to walk it my legs gave out and I had to be given a ride back to my apt! that was sooooo embarassing!  I am so proud of myself. Today is also my 20th wedding annv. Scott did the usual, took me to dinner. I trying to make better choices, like the steamed veggies instead of butter soaked loaded baked potato.. and they were good!

Sherrie, I'm so thrilled for you!!! That is awesome! I'm so happy you can see your great progress! Way to go!!! : )

And, hooray for choosing steamed veggies ... gotta love 'em!

I walked for about 45 min.  Also, as of today I have lost 15 pounds.  I have been on a liquid diet for 4 days now. It sucks but I am probably going to make it.  M
