snack help needed
Okay. Here are my choices. My nutritionist told me to get the bars again. They give you the crunch of soy and the flavor of chocolate. Also at the health food store or the store at Weightwise (or on line) they have soy crisps and soy nuts. And, boy, are they cruchy !! Remember, soy is good for you and protein !!
JUst remeber - you do need some carbs each day to fuel your body.
My nutritionalist suggested to me.....sliced apples (healthy carbs) with peanut butter.
I've tried it and it was GREAT. I usually can eat about 3-4 slices and be very content.
I see that you had your surgery about 1 week after me.....(10-16-07)
