snack help needed

Ok guys, I am needing a little help on my snacking - i am starting to crave carbs again, I need other ideas that are crunchy other than peanuts and no carbs please.   Thanks everyone, I won't go back to the person I was.  I feel too good. Thank you, and hope everyone has  a wonderful night. Brenda

Okay, crunch but no carbs?  I didn't know that was possible.  I want to hear these suggestions.  The only thing I can think of is ICE!!!

I like it too, today however I went to a place called Cottoneyed Joes snowcone place, they have sugar free, and it was SOOOO good and cold.

Ugh, I crave carbs too & so far haven't found anything to replace them.  ICE....that's funny Donna & it just might work.  I do keep protein bars around for those moments when I just can't resist any longer.  The Speci....K ones are sort of crunchy.  Sorry I'm not more help.

I think I am  just worried, I am going to start gettin some stuff for work, it seems like late afternoon is my worse time to want them.  Thanks for your reply.

The only thing I have found that works are the budget saver sugar free pop cicles at WM.  They are great and only $1.77 for 12.  LOVE LOVE LOVE EM
