Essure, ladies want your opinions/knowledge

Why would you need the ring if you still had your ovaries?  Too much estrogen can be as bad as not enough.  Just saying.  I'm with you on the big O though, I wouldn't want to give THAT up.

Ok what my sister had.....and forgive my attemp to spell this is called Oblesion or Oblasion...They do it like a D&C and it burns off the lining of the uterus, but perm. 

Nuvaring controls when my periods take place and makes them less intense.

I only had tiny o's until I had my hysterectomy!!!  I had endometriosis and severe pain as a result that interfered with the big O.  I'm 44 now and I can honestly say I've had more O's in my 40's than in my entire lifetime before!!!!  LOVE THE FORTIES!!  I KNOW...TMI !!!  When I wanted WLS I did a lot of research...that is what I would suggest to you.  Research this a lot and then decide.  And research complications and complication rates also.
