I finally did it !!!
Usually I have an egg or egg with picante sauce , cottage cheese with a little fruit or a protein bar for breakfast. Lunch, tuna salad, chicken salad, 2 oz chicken with carrot, salmon salad, a slice of deli ham or turkey with a slice of cheese wrapped in a lettuce leaf. Dinner, 2 oz chicken breast, pork, ham, hamburger, beef with a little salad or vegetable. Between dinner and bed a sugar-free popsicle. I have 2 cups of water between breakfast and 8:00, 2 cups decaf between 8 and noon, 2 cups of crystal light before 4, 2 cups between 4 and 6, one cup of something, water, crystal light between dinner and the popsicle. Wal-mart has some chicken breasts in the freezer section that are stuffed with mushrooms and cheese or spinach and cheese. That's one of my favorite dinners. You can either cook it in a pan or in a George foreman. I can only eat about a third to a half of it, but, boy is it good.
