Fathers Day

My Grandpa turned 99 on Father's Day so we had a huge get together at his house in Asher.  He is doing amazingly well...still lives at home...not alone...my uncle lives with him. I posted a couple of pictures.  I really thought I looked thinner than I do in the pictures!  I hate pictures still!!  The only thing that makes me feel better is to look at the old fat pictures 90 something pounds ago!  I hope everyone had a great weekend!  I just got more motivation to exercise more and stay devoted to the rules and get some more of this weight off!!  I have to say, hours in the heat were a lot easier to handle than in past years!  NOTE TO SELF: Stay positive!!!

It is nice to see that someone is handle family get togethers and staying positive! I have several of those coming up for me. I think your pic looks great BTW .

Thanks everyone!  I always hear of people who keep seeing the fat girl when they look at themselves in the mirror.  Well, I think I have the opposite problem.  I feel so much better and fit in such smaller clothes and they lay better etc...and I think I look better than I actually do in the pictures!  Shocking!!!
