First of all congrats!!!! Advice: walk, walk, walk, walk, walk....it really helps in those early days. Get a body pillow for your chair or use it in bed. Don't go anywhere without a water source. I keep Crystal LIght peach tea pouches in the truck at all times to add to plain water. Tips:Stick to the recommended diet and don't advance until the nut says you can. I'm so happy for you!

Congrats you will do great.  Keep your head up and it will all be over before you know it.  Keep a spot on the bence for me on Wednesday.  I will  be praying for you.

You are going to love your WLS- after about day 4.  Be ready for some serious head hunger.  But, it will pass.  Have some protein bullets at home.  You can buy them at GNC.  They don't call them bullets but the containers look like big test tubes.  They were a life saver for me.  I couldn't face protein shakes (still can't handle that idea yet) but these mixed with similar crystal light flavors were a God send for me.  Post or PM someone if you have problems or questions!
