Thank you everyone! I cannot tell you how much your direct messages and your posts have helped me.  I weighed this morning and have 3 lbs to go!!!  I have until the 24th to lose it.  Plus I just found out my Mom and Dad are not coming to OKC on the 20th and I am actually glad.  It is very hard to stay on track while entertaining.  I hope everyone has a great Friday and weekend!!!!  Hugs - Amy

Congratulations, Amy. I know what you mean about the entertaining part. My family is all here for my son's wedding this evening. As of yesterday I was just below my pre-op goal. Dr Keller told me to take a break and enjoy the festivities, but I was really nervous about doing that. I picked a place for the rehearsal dinner last night that I knew would help me stay close to my plan. Tonight I will be able to enjoy the wedding without feeling too guilty and plan to be back on my plan tomorrow. My dad is staying with my until the 29th though so I hope I make it through that -- he likes to eat out a lot! Nancy

Amy, I have no doubt you're going to make it!  Your family will understand that you need to stick to the plan so don't worry too much about them...Remember, this is about you!  ...and you are the most important person right now!

Amy, way to go!  You should be very proud of yourself.  I know how hard it has been for you. You are in great shape to make your goal! Nancy, you are doing great as well! You girls are in the hardest part of this process- losing weight without a tiny tummy to help you. Have a great weekend!

I''m so proud of you!  I knew you could do it!  Three pounds is nothing!  You got this girl! You are on track to getting a "secret weapon" to win this battle!  Hang in there and surgery day will be there before you know it!  Then my bright, smiling face will be visiting you at WW on the Loser's Bench! Amy - you have done really well! All you needed was to take a deep breath and give yourself some time to focus, and it worked, just as I knew it would. Very proud of you! - Anna
