Hey guys I will be at Weight Wise on Monday am. Anyone else going to be around. I promise I will talk to you this time. Last time I was there I was sitting right by someone and was a skank and didn't say anything....this time it won't happen. I want to make sure I see everyone I can while I am in the office. ps I think I have lost anywhere from 7 to 10 pounds on the pre-op diet. I hope to go to a "liquid" diet after the 16th. I want to be able to set a date at my July 3rd apt.
