A couple of you have wondered why I've been so quiet for the past few days....  Well since I know that my time is coming, i've doubled the time that I swim and the distance that I jog....and  i've got a big pool and social area that I'm building on one of my properties and the architect requires my time... If that wasn't enough i've been planting hibiscus trees and gorgeous dwarf pink oleander plants (very beautiful but super poisonous...)...hehe... I also shaved my head a few days ago...(not totally bald...it looks really good....er...umm..ok) so by the time I'm ready to get to edmond, I'll have a military cut. (I'm preparing for hair loss with weight loss...since i heard it gets bad for some of us....hehe) So i'll be back to posting like crazy soon.....in fact...now that I know my approximate date, I'll be letting the big secret outta the bag in a few days... *** To the TULSA peeps...*** I'll be in Tulsa for a few days previous to my OKC appointment..so I'm a movie freak  ifanyone wants to hit the AMC or whatever....  (I'm already gonna meet the OH forum fellas in Tulsa.) So hey....thanks to ALL of you...  you have no idea how much your support means to me. T.

What kind of movie do you want to see?  I'm game as long as you don't bring any of that pink poisonous oleander!

OOH, oleander and hibiscus!  I love both plants!  In fact, I have some hibiscus on my patio this summer. Are you staying in OKC for a few days after surgery or heading back to Tulsa?  You'll be back down for a 2 week diet class.  If Kim and I miss you before that we could have dinner then.  You will have mushies at 2 weeks!  Yeah, refried beans! Have a safe flight.  You fly in on the 22nd, right?  It has been really hot here already so be prepared.  You are leaving Eden and returning to hot OK! Denise

It's always good to stay busy and active. Looking forward to seeing you the 24th. I'm needing some plants in my flowerbeds, but I don't have a green thumb. I can kill anything. So I grow grass in my flowerbeds. Why is it that when everything else is dying, the grass and weeds flourish?? Ok, sorry, I've gotten off topic. Going back to my corner now......Cindy

Gardening is good for the soul.  In light of the recent salmonella outbreaks, I'm grateful for my tomatos this year.  Tomatillos are looking good too, but I have no idea what to do with them.

Florida isn't going to happen in July, I have to stick close to home due to family illness-so shout out if you feel like walking...I've been trying to get someone to go horseback riding with me, but I doubt that will be on your agenda....(but if anyone else wants to go DAN.....)

Hey Cowboy!  Glad to see you posting.  There certainly has to be a way for us to meet you when you're here.  I mean, c'mon!  We have to meet the famous Cowboy on Fire! Are you announcing the secret here online?

I wondered if you were just packing or laying on the beach? Oleander is one of my favorites...It lines the highways of CA and in Houston too. My son's daughter got hold of a flower from one and luckily she had spit most of it out before they got to the hospital...Animals tend to want to eat it too.... I was thinking of shaving my head in support of your surgery....but then I was afraid most wouldn't come back in when I had my surgery so...sorry, I'll just keep what little I have right now! Why is it only my hair gets thin and not my body??? Odd huh? Think of all the bald men who are the hotties....they are all bald!!! I love it!  I hope you are staying at peace with all this and that you are ready to take the leap! Have a safe flight and my prayers are with you......Like I said, Maybe I will get to peak at ya in the office on the 24th. My app with Dr. Walton is 2:30 I think.....Later dude! Sherry

I plan on staying a few days in OKC after the surgery, just to hang out and see some movies at Quail Springs or something...  I know if I wouldn't be having surgery, that I'd be stopping by PF Changs and Cheesecake Factory...and some random steakhouses...BUT that would only get me in trouble...lol....so i'll be relaxed and taking it one day at a time...so I'll be looking for things to do! Chat at you peeps later! T.

You might want to visit the Warren Theater in Moore. It's new and really nice ... actually beautiful and incredible.
