Diets don't work!

I remember doing that back in the office days. I'm very competitive, so I usually did well, and it usually didn't last....ok it never lasted.
With a little time to think about it, I realize now it's those "contests" that encourage people to talk and comment about weight. I think the public failure thing is the motivation, but that's not how I choose to motivate myself now....I want health and fitness. Ok, nice legs and a hot A$$ too, but mostly I want health and fitness...LOL.

On the Kmart sight I'd get the Sante Fe Ladies Cruiser for 109 bucks.
If the biking bug takes you, the cruiser will become an old friend, but you'll want something else to ride. If the bug doesn't take you, the cruiser will last a long time.....
The step through design is both cool retro looking (for awhile bikes were unisex) but more importantly, a cruiser sits lower-and you will feel more secure. The step through is also easier to get on-you don't have to swing your leg over, which can be awkward at first. Unless you are really good with mechanics, pay to have it put together. It's a safety thing-it's just better to have brakes that work, etc.
If you want to go pick one up from somewhere, I have a bike rack and would be happy to come get you and your bike. I can change seats out, etc, but have never put a whole bike together so I can't help much there.
