Ok, let's look at this-
Even your mess up was an improvement-you went and bought a pack, not a box.
Now, more big girl talk here-You ARE going to screw up some. Do you really believe that surgery and spending a few zillion dollars is going to overcome a lifetime of poor eating habits in one magic poof? Well, actually, I did, and boy was I in for a shocker. But, proper habits and proper use of your WLS tool will make the overcoming of those habits an achievable goal-just not overnight.
Screw the exlax-that's a dysfunctional thought so don't even go there. Actually, toss the whole beating yourself up for it-if you could stick to a diet, you wouldn't need surgery, would you?
Now here's a thought-maybe you are nervous about the surgery, weight loss goal, life in general and turned to your old buddy Hostess-just accept what you did and resolve to do better-no beating up required.
Really, we are too hard on ourselves-and sometimes I think we (or at least I) do it so I can feel defeated and not have to try any longer. But then I can't accept defeat so I try again...LOL...it's a vicious cycle.
Skip the laundry and work out a little longer tomorrow-it will be better for you.

More advice, though you didn't ask for it....
Quit weighing every day-what you ate yesterday is still in your intestines, not in your fat cells. Any weight you did gain would just be water.
We do need goals I am all about the goal cause we need to know where we are headed. But wanting our bodies to work in a formula-.08 pounds a day for X number of days-it just leads to frustration.
Back up a step, focus on now, and make each choice the best choice you can at that moment. Accept your choice, move on, repeat.
