I loved it! I too believe Al Gore made up global warming, but then that''s just me....I hadn't thought it could be all the OH gas and breath issues instead!! Thank you for being another male on here who offers male insight!! It is so great to have you on here...to help keep this all lighter!!! Hey Wolf,  here is a question....in the liquid stage......could you put  protein in the broth to make like a warm creamy soup??? I mean the unflavored stuff. I have no idea so I'm asking but it sounded like you could and it would be a form of comfort food....Let me know if anyone has done that and was it good.....I'm stocking up on the types of food I will need when I take this leap.... Wolf, thanks for being so fun!   Sherry

What a neat way to start the morning....I'll add a five down....you'd have to wait for the coffee to brew to get 10.  You'd have to bring me the coffee if you wanted 15.

5. A half naked plate is NOT ugly or scary.

4. I've seen 6 am AND 1 am more often-lots more energy (plus the parrot wakes me up now).

3. After the initial moodiness, I think I'm more patient-I said I THINK I am, don't rush me.....

2. SF/skim Latte IS a Valid protein source and better for you than McD's......

1. Bread is not a requirement to sustain life. (Lattes are, refer to number 2....)

You are too funny!  My brain does not work that fast on a Monday morning!  I can't have real coffee yet! =( Chinese food make syou dump?  I wonder what it is that makes you do that?  I miss Chinese food but you are making me nervous.  Any idea what is causing the problem? By the way, you were always an attractive guy!  You just feel better about yourself now. Denise
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Denise I had the talk about this with Ruth the other day.  I didnt eat very much and stayed away from fried stuff.  She said the sauces they cook the Chinese food in are loaded with sugar.  I only live about 1/4 of a mile from the place and by the time i got home I was in severe pain and vomited for a good 10 minutes.  It was aweful.

Dan, you can get the same sauce effect with soy sauce mixed with ginger/apricot (fruit only jelly stuff) and whatever spices you want.  Much lower sugar, none of the corn syrup crap, and I think it tastes better anyway.

Egg Foo Young is another good choice-the best I ever had was in Lousiana (Egg Foo Young that is).
