How do you make it past day 1??????
Heather, you can do this! Focus on your goal, drink your fluids, and stay busy!
Try not to watch TV with commercials ... do DVD's only. The food commercials drove me nuts!
Drink your protein drinks, they usually help to make you feel full. Do you have some Chike? Mix it with skim milk and add ice. It will taste good and it's filling that way. Crushed ice makes it even better!
Put the small meal portions on a small plate/saucer. Eat with small utensils and take tiny bites and chew well and slowly. When you eat tiny bites and eat slowly, you will feel full before you're finished usually.
Find something to do that you enjoy that doesn't involve food. Go to a bookstore and browse, do a craft you enjoy, go outside or somewhere to enjoy a nature walk this evening. Keep your mind occupied as much as possible that doesn't involve things with food.
