I used to get cortizone shots in my heel---I think it was called Kenalog.  My heel pain has gone away and I don't need the shots anymore.  They really helped the pain but increased my appetite and gave me nightmares.  I also had orthopedic inserts for my shoes, but rarely wore them because they were uncomfortable.

Good morning all....I know I am a day late but I figure I would give an answer anyways.  By the way, how did everyone fair the storm last night?  Bent my kids trampoline and blew all thier swimming pool stuff out of the yard.  Also now I have to clean the stupid thing since all the crud blew into the pool last night.  Was kind of cool storm though..... 1. What is one food you know will set well on your pouch? For me when my pouch is upset I eat cheezits...they seem to settle it well.  When I want to eat something, just because, I know I can eat my homemade veggie soups that I make and freeze.  I have probably 5 different varieties and about 3 or 4 containers of each in the freezer at all times. 2. How much protein do you eat in a day? I will have to say that I really dont get in the full amount that I should but I sure try.  I still cant eat enough to get in the total amount naturally and I have yet to find a protein drink that I can stand.  I do add protein bars when I know I am too low.  I would say I probably consistently get about 50 grams a day. 3. You're at the mall and need to eat... what will it be? Rosas' Tortillas has this guacamole tostada that I have them add grilled chicken to.  It is so good, I can only eat half of it but with all the guac and chicken and then the homemade hot sauces, it hits the spot. 4. Name one thing that is now gone out of your life and you don't miss it at all. I would have to say that it is any clothing with an X in the size, whether it is one X or two Xs.  No more X's. 5. What was your most frustrating moment this past week? I would have to say getting to the point that I threatened my 19 year old with kicking her out.  I found out that she is academically suspended from college (in highschool she got a 28 on her ACT and a 3.0 gpa) and quit going to one of her jobs because he just didnt want to, without telling them, and then using my vehicle and acting like she was still going to work because her car broke down.  She would actually leave the house in her uniform and everything....I am at a loss of what to do with her and with us moving to NC in the next year I am afraid for her.
