I called Jamie in Dr. Broussard's office today in the late afternoon and left her a message to call me back if she had any questions... I was totally not expecting to hear bac****il tomorrow (or even later-if at all, since she really didn't HAVE to call me unless she had questions) and LO AND BEHOLD she called me back this evening at 6:59 p.m just to acknowledge that she received my call!!!!!!!!!!! She apologized for calling "so late" but, to me "late" would have been NEXT WEEK, like SOME doctors offices do!! I was excited to hear back so soon and very impressed that she was STILL at the office returning calls at that hour!

I absolutely agree! The folks at WeightWise are great. I left a message this afternoon for Brandy in Dr. Walton's office about left side pain. And, Dr. Walton himself called me back! I am so impressed he took the time to call me himself. Thanks, Dr. Walton!!

I am incredibly impressed with WW too!!! I couldn't believe that at my consultation....my INITIAL consultation, they all gave me cards with everyone's home, office and cell phone numbers on them!!! I have NEVER in my life known a dr. that was okay with giving out ALL his info.
