Sugar Free...Caffeine Free...Flavor FULL!
Okay...I've been skoping the aisles at the store for weeks trying to find things that will keep me sane when I can no longer have some of the things I love. What is it that I love, you ask? CAPPUCINO! I have been really sad because I LOVE that stuff! I was afraid I would never have that precious flavor in my mouth ever again...until last night. I was frantically scanning the coffee section of the store for something...ANYTHING that resembled cappucino that was sugar free and caffeine free. Then...what a glorious moment...French Vanilla Cafe' that is sugar free AND decaffeinated! Praise the Lord and hallelujah! I'm going to make it!!!

That is awesom! I am not a coffee drinker but I know what you mean about finding things you were afraid we were not going to be able to have again! Hey you are you having this surgery to get out of the falls creek camping this summer. LOL I am just teasing. That is a wonderful camp from what I hear.
God Bless and have a great week!
Karla
Lol! No, I'm not doing it to get out of camp. :) In fact, I believe I will be going with the kids in July. I haven't been before!!! I grew up in a different church and went to a totally different camp. I'm looking forward to being able to go. :)
You have a fantastic week, as well!!!

You might splurge and checkout Starbuck's too. there are a lot of Texas folks on our message boards here that LIVE at Starbucks, !!
- Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose. Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email. I'll answer it as soon as possible.

I believe a good fat free latte from starbucks is a valid protein source........
And I have the SF Vanilla Cap in my cupboard too-just found it. And I've become a real tea snob-make a whole little ritual of it in the evenings. Peet's makes a variety called Lapsong which tastes smokey. It does have caffiene in it, but in the afternoon, when you can't bear the taste of sweet any longer, it's a godsend.
