Yummy diet lemonade

Minute Maid makes a light lemonade that has 5 calories for 8 ounces.  The only place I can find to buy it is at Wendy's.  Just thought I'd share because I'm in the  liquid stage and it has given me something new and exciting to swizzle on!  It's yummy!

Sounds good, I'll have to try to find a Wendy's around here.  I LOVE lemonade.

I've got my purse loaded with Crystal Lite On The Go packets to add to water whenever I'm out and about. I also carry along decaffeinated tea bags and Splenda packets.

Crystal Light Lemonade is my best friend.  I drink it all the time and it helps that most *** and Go and QuikTrip stores have them too.  When I go to IHOP I always take a Crystal light packet or two with me.  Is the Minute Maid light carbonated or no?

No!  Carbonation is evil on the pouchy!  I would never promote evil!  (well, not to my beloved pouch buddies!)

Kim, Believe it or not, most Sonic stores have the Minute Maid Light Lemonade.  It was the only thing that Chris would let me have from Sonic after she put me on the pre-op diet.   It's not carbonated, but I have found that it is also not very consistent from store to store.  Sometimes when I try to get it now, it is WAY too strong for me...and I have to go back to my Crystal Light lemonade. Have a great half day back at work tomorrow.  I think half days is a great way to get back into the swing of things. John

Kim, they also sell this drink at the "Sonic"!!  My husband is a Sonic root-beer adict so at least I can get a drink there as well with there crunchy ice!!!  I'm so gladd you're better.   Take it easy at work.  - Debbie

I LOVE my diet lemonade and it can also be found at Subway and at Taco Bueno.  It is a nice choice when I am out and don't want to get unsweet tea or plain old water. 

Ooh!  2 new sources!  That is great.  Thanks for the tip.  This lemonade keeps me from getting completely bored with the same old, same old!
