MWC/ DC walking group this Saturday

Donna and I and anyone else interested in joining us we will be walking this Saturday at 9 AM at Regional Park.  We will meet at the Pavillion.  See you guys there! Denise

Hi, Denise.  I am going to try to be there if I can get up and around early enough.  I live in Harrah and do my grocery shopping etc in MWC so I just need to not poke around in the morning and get there.  I think this is a great idea and a really great way to get to know one another better...just a bunch of "LOOSERS" that we are!!!  Debbie

Wish I was rich enough to send a helicopter for you gals and bring you up to Edmond so we could all walk together.  Or, better yet, I'll chopper down and meet you!  The time goes so much more quickly when you're walking with your buds!  You get healthy and happy all at the same time!  Enjoy!

Regional Park is at the corner of Douglas Blvd. and Reno.  The pavillion is west of Douglas on Reno.  There is a parking lot right there.  Hope to see you soon. I am doing well.  Yesterday I felt almost normal again.  I finally didn't need a nap to get through the day.  And, my liver didn't whine too much about being manhandled!  I don't think my liver was very happy with the docs for a few days there! If he is tough enough for the inevitable girl talk then bring him!  You know how us girls can be- pretty naughty!  Seriously, the more the merrier as far as I am concerned.  I have not been good about walking much since I left the hospital.  I need to be better.
