I bought a bathing suit for the first time in 13 years. I even wore it without a t-shirt over it in front of people. What a big WOW for me. I went swimming in a suit and not shorts and a t-shirt for the first time in years. I can't wait to wear it again.

That's fantastic!!!! I promised my DH a bikini, so I'm going shopping..He doesn't care about the loose skin. I do. My upper thighs and arms are bad, but so what. I'm going sleeveless this summer because I'm tired of hiding in my clothes. Congratulations to you and your confidence level. It's wonderful!
