10 pounds is awesome!!  I had to lose 30 pounds and I think I lost 12 the first month, 7 the second and 9 the third.  I was 1.5 pounds over but they did my surgery anyway...probably only because I was at my out of pocket max and it only cost me 250.00.  They were very kind to me and could have said no....  I never thought I would make it...especially when I only lost 7 pounds the second month!  I NEVER cheated...EVER!  I drank 100 oz of water minimum daily.  I averaged 140 oz. water a day.  I didn't exercise as much as I should especially the last month because I have a tendency to build bulk even from walking.  When I walked I focused on walking VERY casually.   As Rita said, talk to Jess and let her know your concerns.  They are good at what they do really!  Good luck!!!

I haven,t been scheduled yet but I hope to come in early for the next support meeting to see how I'm doing. I tried the shakes but they made me sick. The bars are wonderful. To keep me from eating, I'm making a blouse in a smaller size. It's amazing how much I can do when I'm not thinking about food. Keep trying Robin, you're too good to give up now!!! donna

Robin, hang in there.  10#s is great!  Keep doing what Jess says and the weight will come off.  Just make sure to stick very closely to the plan.  You might want to check your sodium intake to make sure you're not retaining water.  I also weigh in the morning.  I feel like it's the best time...and, you may hit a 'stall' during the premenstral week.  Oh the joys of being a woman!  Keep up the hard work and I promise you will reap the benefits!  Wendy

Hi Robin - first of all 10 lbs since May 5 is pretty good, but I know what you mean...we just want to see the weight fly off, especially when doing the bars/shakes/soups. I was on the pre-op diet for five months (yeah I know, sad) and had to lose 50 lbs, so , I had to change plans in order to get where I needed to be, so, as others have suggested, definitely talk to Jessica, and she will help you. I would have never made it without her!!  As far as weighing time....as a rule, and maybe it's just me, I avoid weighing at any other time, but the morning...I make it a point to have appoitments in the morning, and I drink very, very little water until after I weigh in (and I drink 96 oz of water per day).  - As far as scales, Bed Bath & Beyond has scales that go up to 400 lbs, and they seem to be pretty accurate, the one I have has only a one lb difference from the WW scale - I can send you a PM with the name of it, either later today or tomorrow.  -  Best of luck, and don't worry you are doing great. - Anna
