Day 4 post-op

Hi Denise - glad you are doing well, seems that you are having a smooth recovery and that is great. My stomach is still noisy as well and does not like cold water in the morning either (actually I have to wait about 30 minutes before I can drink anything at all) - But, Congratulations, and if you do feel like walking, I'll see you on Saturday!! (for sure we will walk at your pace!) - Anna

One good rule of thumb on walking they gave me after my hysterectomy was only walk as far as you can walk back. I got chewed out because I walked two miles 3 days after my hysterectomy. I should be there on Saturday morning if I don't get left behind again!  We can go slow and maybe take the shorter route for you.
