Well, its Memorial Day weekend and I want to wish all of you a safe and happy one!  And to thank each of you for being such a compassionate and caring community to me.  I am blessed that you all have welcomed me so warmly. We received the "Official" notice that my husband Steve has been placed on the National Tranplant Registry and pray now that he will one day soon received a liver.  We are thankful!  Please continue to hold us in prayer and also my friend Karen who is presently not doing very well. On Monday is our grandaughter, Marissa's, first birthday and if Steve feels he can make the ride to Detroit, we will be there for the holiday and her birthday.  Again, thank you all so very much.  You are the best of the best!  Huggs, Pam

Pam, that is great news for Steve.  I'm sorry to hear that Karen is not doing well.  Perhaps this is just a small set back and she will rebound to continue in her fight.  Enjoy  that first birthday with your granddaughter's birthday.  We just had our granddaughter's first birthday last month.  They are so much fun.  Take care of yourself.
