I got all my paperwork filled out...  I hope I get approved for a loan. I just looked up the addresses and phone numbers of all of the doctors who did the tests I've already had done.  I hope they'll let me just have all of that info faxed down there and that I don't have to have a lot of that all done again. I've already had my chest x-ray, sleep study, psych, some blood work, ekg, stress test, echo... I just hope I don't have to copy all of that diet history again.  If I'm self-pay will they just take my word for it on the paper I filled out without me giving them copies of my food journal and my weight tracker thing that I had stamped at the WW meetings? I'm not looking forward to asking my PCP to write another letter to another doctor either!  UGH.....  His staff took forever.  Oh well, I'll do what I have to do! See ya tomorrow, Rita!

Good luck Dot!  I hope it all goes very smoothly and easily tomorrow.  Please keep us posted. Give Rita a hug for me.  It's so nice to see her bright smiling face at WW!

Dot, I was self pay.  The only thing I had to journal was my walking for Dr. Walton due to a heart thing the heart doc " thought " they saw on the stress test..told me I was too fat to know for sure what it was, and Dr. Walton was able to read it when the other doc couldn't!

I was also self-pay and wasn't required to journal anything.  I just had to loose the required pre-op weight and did the diet the nutritionist recommended and did very well and lost the weight really fast.  They do know what they are doing.  You will absolutely LOVE EVERYONE there from the front door to the back door.  They treated me like I was somebody!!!   I just did all my testing that was required.  Note....if you have lab work covered under your insurance be sure and ask that they refer you back to your primary doc for that.  My labs were covered at 100% if I used an in-network facility.   Good luck....I was very fortunate in that I did some re-fi on my home and got 5.25% interest.  I look forward to meeting you soon!
