I've lost the refried bean and cheese recipe! Help!

Well, phooey! I lost the location of the fat free refried bean casserole that was posted about a week or so ago. I have looked and looked and for the life of me, I still can't find it. I bought all the ingredients at the grocery store yesterday .... and now can't find the recipe. It looked SO GOOD and OK for my current stage in post-op diet progression. Can somebody help me? And, tremendous thanks to the person that posted it ... although exactly who has left my brain now, too. It's hard being past 50!!! ; )

I don't remember the recipe you are talking about.  Is is maybe one with sour cream and cheese on top?  I think Cat59 is the one with that recipe- maybe.  What I recall is refried beans, canned and drained beans, sour cream, and salsa mixed together and smashed then topped with cheese and baked.  I think that is what I heard.
