Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, Kim!!! One thing I eat at Quizno's is the flat bread salad Classic Cobb. I hold the bacon, onions and tomatoes and sub honey mustard dressing for the ranch. *blech* Loooooooooooove that salad!

AWESOME!!!  It's amazing what we can accomplish.  I never thought I could do it...but I did it too!  I only had to do 2 days of liquids before surgery also.  I don't know how people manage the weeks on liquid BEFORE the surgery.  I would have killed someone!!!  Probably my doctor!!!  (Just kidding....I love Dr. B!!!)

OK DID YOU USE A DIET FROM THE DR'S OFFICE OR DID YOU JUST DO IT YOURSELF? THE REASON I ASK IS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD TO LOSE 33LBS AND I HAVE LOSST 25LBS IN 3 WEEKS. I DRINK PROTEIN SHAKES AT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AND EAT LIKE LEAN CUISINE FOR DINNER AND I HAVE BEEN EXERCISING LIKE A RACE HORSE. I CAN'T SEEM TO GET THE LAST 8LBS AND I AM GETTING A LITTLE DOWN ABOUT IT. I GO TUESDAY FOR MY DIETICIAN, EXERCISE AND PSYCH. AND THEN MY SLEEP STUDY ON JUNE 5. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THAT?

Sorry!  Been out of town! I think you might be eating too few calories!  I was eating 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a banana for breakfast, 3-5 ounces of tuna or canned chicken with light miracle whip and veggies for lunch and dinner.  I sometimes had a string cheese snack at either 10AM or 3PM.  And I have been going to the gym 3 times a week walking about 7 miles per week.  And, of course, drinking water.  I have 1 cup of coffee in the morning and no more caffeine after that and I completely gave up diet Coke!  After you finish all of your testing, all you have to do is lose your weight and you'll get a surgery date.  You are doing amazingly well so congratulations!  I'm kind of glad it's taking me 2-1/2 months because I needed to get my brain ready! Good luck and keep in touch! Kim
