Ok Ruth/No Carb day 1
Okay buddies here is my day up to right now.
4:15 a.m. - Walked a mile
1 - 16 oz water
8:00 - Shake
water, water, water
10:00 - Protein bar
water, water water
12:00 - soup
water, water water
2:00 - Protein bar
water, water water
worked 3 hours doing yard work - flower beds
5:45 - 3 oz of filet minon (sp?)
total water take in 144 oz
8:00 shake
This has been my day thus far.... I'm kinda proud of myself. My family had salad, bake potato and steak. I stuck to ONLY my protein...
4:15???? Is the am a typo? Sure it wasn't pm? I didn't know a 4:15am existed! Yikes, girl! What are you thinking? I mean, good for you. I could never be that disciplined. And that is one rigorous diet you put yourself on. You must be losing weight really quickly. Good for you! You are kicking butt and I wish I was that disciplined!

Yeah Robin!!! You are doing great!!! I was pretty good with the no carbs thing - I didn't have any potato or bread today - except a little bit on my chicken strips that I cut up and put on my salad this evening. So YIPPEE for me!!!
I got in about 72 oz of liquid - hush gang so most of it was also caffienated - but it was LIQUID...baby steps for me!! I forgot about my meds and vits today though - changed purses yesterday and forgot to move my container over...what was I thinking?? Already fixed that situation tonight though!!
I will try to do less caffiene and more water tomorrow!!
