Two Week Update for Me!!

Well, today started out fine, minus the fact that it was outrageously hot outside. I cooked my scrambled egg in my little bitty pan, and I was full after about 3 bites, but my dog was happy for the left overs. Then me and my grandpa went to petsmart with both of the dogs, and just kinda went around town. Then I got home, and viola, urinary tract infection. So I called WW and Dr. Walton called me right back and had me come in for the urine analysis, yay! and he told me to take some AZO, which if you don't know it's like God's gift to UTI sufferers. it's amazing. RIght after I got home from getting that, I drank about half a bottle of water, then took the pills. On the box it says to take either with food or with a glass of water. And low and behold my luck, 20 minutes later I was dry heaving my guts out. It wasn't fun, and nothing came up at all. Needless to say, I'm not going to move on to refried beans just yet, I'm sticking to my half an egg. Happy 2 week surgiversary to me!!!

Hang in there, Michelle!  They all say it does get better.  Don't know what AZO is but it sounds like you like it.  Wonder what caused the heaves?  Too much water too fast? Don't lost sight of how much weight you've lost!  You go, girl! 

Hopefully you will feel better soon.  Sorry your AZO didn't sit well.  Your poor tummy doesn't know what to think right now.  First you whack in two pieces and then you throw drugs down to it.  It is very confused.  It will get better, I promise.  Is school finally done for you for the semester?  That should help with the stress level. Michelle, I was just thinking about you and John today. I knew that it was soft food time. Sorry that you have a UTI, but hopefully it will be better in no time. Maybe you can try the beans tomorrow. They should be a little taste of heaven. Keep taking your AZO and I hope you feel better soon, Rita

Ouch! I'm so sorry you came down with a UTI .... I just hate those! Be sure to push your fluids until it's gone. I hope you feel much better and that the urinary trace infection clears quickly!

My AZO works great, and believe it or not, Dr. Walton called me at 6 this evening. I couldn't believe it. I was prepared to wait until tomorrow morning, but no, he called me. I called him back and missed him, then he called me back at like 730. Can you believe it? My own after hours doctor to call in prescriptions for me. Of course, I would never abuse that privilege, but man was it ever nice. Then I get to Wal Greens, and he called in the tablet form of my antibiotic, and I found out that it came in a liquid form, I felt bad, but I had to call him to get his approval, and he was so cool about it. Once he figured out who I was, he was right on the ball, and told me that the liquid would be the best thing I could take since I had trouble with AZO earlier. If anyone is ever wondering who are the best doctors to have do surgery on them, there is no question. I vote Dr. W!

Yes we are! I can't believe how helpful he was, all for a bladder infection. Most dr's would have told me to go to my PCP, but not Dr. Walton. I'm really starting to see how good of a choice I made by going to Weight Wise.

I also have a "tribute"  to Dr. W. on my profile page.  You and Rita are both right,  I believe God totally has His hand in who ends up with Dr. W. as their surgeon.  I am very grateful to both God and Dr. Walton for giving me my life back.  I have actually purchased 1 pair of jeans and 3 tops in NORMAL women's sizes (no W behind the size)!!! Keep up the good work Michelle! Wendy
