What does your stomach feel like when you eat?

Liz, I guess a late reply is better than no reply at all...sorry. I can totally relate to what you are describing.  For the first 3 weeks of solids (mushies included), I felt like it was not worth eating too.  The burning and discomfort were very weird and mysterious.  I finally did have to get a timer and set it to 2 minutes between bites.  I'm still doing this.  I also looked at the size of my bites.  When got ready to take a bite that I thought was small enough, I actually cut it in half again to make absolutely sure.  Both of these seemed to help.  Dr. Walton also perscribed some Protonix for the burning.  It has been a life-saver.  Hope this helps and hope you're feeling better in a jiffy!  Be patient.  This too shall pass.
