Hi Denise - yep I had to get really wise and creative during my five months pre-op diet, I had to change my way of thinking or I would still be pre-op today!! Wow, your surgery is coming up in five days....how exciting!!! I told your sister yesterday, what a sweet lady I think you are!! Amy, I"ll keep my fingers crossed for you, too! I made a friend in WIchita, KS who's going through the same thing as you, except for the knees. She's really depressed and has to wait 6 months for her surgery. I'm glad you snapped out of yours. Shoot, that knee would be enough to deal with without the rest of this. Good luck!

Amy, I know just how you feel. I too felt like everyone was passing me by, since I had to do the 6 months diet and exercise program. Believe it or not your turn will come. Just keep on keeping on and you will be there soon. I'm glad your knee is better and you are able to exercise. ((HUGS)), Rita
