I have find humor in this journey f mine or I would be crying alot more than I do....
maybe the wings arent so bad..it would help to knock away the guys that wear swimming trucnks up to their chests and the guys who think they are Gods gift to another species...
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
Flying squirrels are able to fly because they have "wings" from their arms to their legs. The reference is to that little piece of anatomy - the wing. Sorry - I didn't mean for it to be a reference that confused. :-)

Carbs should only be available by prescription! They are so addicting! Great challenge Ruth. I will join you until I start my lovely day of clear liquids on Thursday in prep for Friday's surgery.
