OMG these are too die for. They are so good. I get the large sugar free vanilla. It is huge and  the best part is that it is only $1.99. I looked it up an a large is 120 calories. The funny thing is that I hated coffee before surgery. Now I crave it all the time. You gotta try it, Rita

Ruth, ya gotta try it. It would save you lots of money, LOL

Rita - that sounds great, I have seen them on commercials and I just want to reach out and grab one....120 calories for a large is not bad at all...Thanks for looking it up, I have been wandering about those. They look so good...

Does it have caffeine in it?  We were told no caffeine.

Yes Heather, It does. We are not suppossed to have caffeine either, but hey that's the only rule I have broken and I didn't do it until I was almost five months out. It's all good in moderation, Rita

Its ok Ruth I just am trying to get all these new rules in my head before surgery and I thought one of them was no caffeine but I thought maybe I was dreaming.  Why is it that we are not supposed ot have it?  Just new at this and dont know all the ins and outs yet.  Thanks for the info.

Heather

Heather, There are many reasons to avoid caffiene. One of the most important reasons is that it serves as a diuretic and works against your effort to stay hydrated. It is also an appetite stimulant and can increase the risk of a stomach ulcer. Hope this helps, Rita

LMAO I'm saving more money than either of you because I don't drink the nasty stuff! Jessica said that 1 cup of coffee or glass of tea a day is ok.

LMAO again. I used to hate it but it is actually pretty darn good for a change. I don't over indulge. You should try it, you never know, you might like it.
