Lawton/fort sill

Hey all! I am moving to Lawton at the end of the month and was wondering if there were any support groups in Lawton or at Fort sill? thankyou janessa

there is a support group held on the third sat of the month. It is in the paper the week of the meeting. When you get to lawton I can get you all the info on the place. I don't now if there our any meetings on Ft sill. I used to go to one before I had my surg. but that was years ago. crazy.eights

Hey Crazy.eights_ We made it here safe and sounds with only a few bumps and bruises (need vitamin C LOL) along the way. I would love that info on the support group. after eatting out for almost a month stright and re-discovering sweet tea I need to "confess" LOL thanks again! Welcome and sorry it's taken so long to reply. I was waiting to see the ad in the paper so I could give you the right info. The meeting is going to be on Sat June 21 at the church on 1108   nw 53 street.Group leader is Jeanette Douma. also yes it will be this hot until sept or oct. My  air stays on from May until oct. Will go swimming at Letra on Ft sill. got a season pass so we can go anytime, also the pools on Ft.sill are free this year so you can go cool off. Did you find housing or are you in guest housing? If you need help finding anything let me know. I will try and go to the meeting so we can meet. I have  only been checking my emails about once a week because my internet has been driving me crazy with it being so slow. hope to meet you soon and again welcome Debbie

Thanks for the reply. What time is the meeting?    We found an apartment back in april and we are fitting in pretty good.  I even got a job over at the troop px. I think this move will be good for us.
